Salon Policy
Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress and our therapists are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level. The option to wear or not wear clothing during our treatments is up to you.
We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. If no notice is given, a 100% cancellation fee may be charged to your credit card.
Late Arrivals: In consideration of other guests, we regret late arrivals will not receive full scheduled service time and will be responsible for full-service fare.
Cell Phones and Pagers: Please keep your cell phones and pages off. Our Spa is a place of tranquility where our clients come for peace and relaxation. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the Spa to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire.
Parents please note: It is essential to make child care arrangements prior to your spa appointment so that you may enjoy it to the fullest.
Ask about our Aveda Treatment Enhancements to further your Spa Experience with us. Our highly skilled professionals are well trained in client safety and comfort and take the utmost care in providing you with the best Spa experience. They are all enrolled in mandatory continuing education programs with the Aveda Institute. We thank you in advance for allowing us the privilege of taking care of you.

If you have enjoyed your experience with others, we offer Aveda Gift Certificates and Group Bookings. If you are interested in booking a group, please contact Mary Perry at 508-673-0900 to create the prefect spa day for you and yours.
Gratuities are not included, never expected but always appreciated on any of our services. (exeption: All Spa Packages have gratuities included)
Salon is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. Lockers are available upon request.

Salon Policy Change—Gift certificates (effective March 2009)
Appointments may be rescheduled, provided at least 24 hours notice is given.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, for any reason, your gift card will automatically be compromised by 50%.
If the appointment is not honored and no notice was given, the gift card will become void.
